Ukraine is entering a decisive stage on its path to EU membership, and civil society has a vital role to play. The Ukraine2EU – EU Integration Support Programme has launched a grant call for projects that contribute to aligning Ukrainian legislation with the EU acquis, support the negotiation process, and promote the country’s European integration goals.

About the Programme

Funded by international partners and administered by Lithuania’s Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), Ukraine2EU supports CSOs with a track record in advocacy, policy analysis, and engagement with public authorities. The main aim is to involve civil society in shaping and implementing key EU-related reforms.

Who Can Apply

Eligible applicants include:

  • Non-profit, non-governmental organisations registered in Ukraine
  • Annual organisational budget exceeding EUR 200,000
  • Proof that their budget is at least double the requested grant amount

Applicants may apply individually or in partnership with other organisations.

What is Funded

Grants are available for projects that:

  • Support the alignment of Ukrainian legislation with EU standards
  • Facilitate the negotiation process for EU accession
  • Strengthen civil society’s capacity to influence EU integration reforms
  • Raise public awareness of integration processes

  • Stage 1: Submission of a concept note
  • Applications must be submitted in English via the Good Grants platform
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal
