“STVORYUY!” – support for women in manufacturing

A joint programme of the Ministry of Economy, KSE Foundation and the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund. It supports women entrepreneurs in scaling their manufacturing businesses: equipment purchases, automation, and product line expansion. The first stage of the programme recorded 65+ winners: producers of honey, clothing, furniture, and food products.

SECO – third call for recovery projects

Switzerland’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) has opened its third call for direct support of private investment in Ukraine’s recovery. From CHF 3 million to CHF 10 million per project in construction, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, infrastructure, agribusiness, and IT. Key condition: the applicant must be a Swiss company with a legal entity in Ukraine. For Ukrainian businesses – the path runs through attracting a Swiss partner.

EBRD – SME Recovery Programme

The EBRD is the largest international investor in Ukraine: in 2025 the bank invested €2.9 billion. The SME Recovery Programme offers €45 million for SME lending through partner banks, totalling up to €135 million. Separately, the Financial Inclusion Programme provides €200 million in guarantees through ProCredit Bank Ukraine for veterans, displaced people, and people with disabilities.
