Global climate change is already having a significant impact on both physical and mental health. Therefore, to accelerate urgent climate action, Wellcome has opened applications for the “Wellcome Climate Grant: Unlocking Urgent Climate Action by Making the Health Impacts of Climate Change Visible.”

This program specifically targets leaders who have experience managing interdisciplinary teams, working at the intersection of science, policy, and society, and advancing research on the health impacts of climate change. Moreover, candidates should have prior experience collaborating with policy partners to drive meaningful change.
