Open Call «SHAPING CROSSROADS»: Exchange of Experience Between African and European Artists

Open Call «SHAPING CROSSROADS» program is part of the “Deconfiguration of Art, Culture, and Politics in Europe and Africa” project. ITI Germany and Nafasi Art Space (Tanzania) organize the initiative. It offers African and European artists the chance to exchange experiences through a series of workshops. These workshops will run from July to November 2025 and focus on mobility and cultural cooperation between the continents.

The program includes two online workshops and one workshop in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in November. During the workshops, participants will discuss issues related to cross-continental cooperation, cultural barriers, and mobility opportunities. This exchange provides an essential opportunity to strengthen global cultural dialogue.

Who is the Program for:

Representatives of organizations or groups working across various artistic disciplines can apply. Participants should be actively engaged in artistic practice, cultural production, or advocacy.
