The International Renaissance Foundation and the East Europe Foundation, with support from the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and in partnership with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), have launched the second wave of the IMPULSE grant programme — a three-year initiative aimed at supporting local and regional civic projects in war-affected regions of Ukraine.
Programme Overview
The small grants competition supports grassroots efforts focused on recovery, inclusion, gender equality, and environmental sustainability in communities that have suffered the most due to the war.
Who Can Apply
Eligible applicants are civil society organizations that:
– are registered in Kyiv or one of the following regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, or Chernihiv
– implement projects in the above-mentioned regions, even if registered in Kyiv

– Funding from UAH 1,000,000 to UAH 1,500,000
– Support for initiatives that promote:
– Recovery and resilience
– Social inclusion and gender equality
– Sustainable and eco-friendly community development
