Who Can Apply for European Excellence Initiative
Eligible applicants are consortia of at least three universities established in:
– EU member states
– Horizon Europe associated countries
The coordinator must be from a Widening country (e.g., Ukraine). At least 51% of the project budget must be spent in Widening countries.
