Geographic scope

Eligible organizations can apply if they operate within:
– Makarivska, Nemishaivska, Studenykivska, Tashanska, and Slavutych communities (Kyiv region)
– Lypovodolynska and Synivska communities (Sumy region)
– Petrivsko-Romenska, Velykobudyshchanska, and Serhiivska communities (Poltava region)

Project focus areas

Priority goes to projects that:
– strengthen the physical protection of civilians
– ensure access to reliable and security-related information

In addition, preference is given to initiatives that are locally driven and directly address the most urgent needs of the community.

Budget and conditions

Each project may receive up to USD 15,000 in funding, allowing organizations to implement concrete and impactful solutions.

Deadline

Applications must be submitted by October 15, 2025, 23:59 Kyiv time, so starting preparations early increases the chances of success.
