2. UCF + MHP-Gromadi: “Cultural Trails of Communities” – up to UAH 1M
The Ukrainian Cultural Fund, in partnership with the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation, supports projects developing cultural and heritage trails as a systematic community development tool. Projects may include interactive maps, mobile apps, AR/VR components and multimedia solutions. Geography: all of Ukraine except oblast centres and occupied territories. Grant: UAH 500,000 to 1,000,000. Co-financing of at least 10% is required.

3. NAM / Phoenix Project: Competition for Radio Stations and NGOs to Run Advocacy Campaigns
The National Association of Media (NAM), through the Phoenix: Power of Communities project, is selecting teams of “local radio station + 3–4 NGOs” to develop and run advocacy campaigns in war-affected communities. Specifically, selected radio stations receive UAH 65,000 for content production; NGOs gain expert support and hands-on media advocacy experience. The programme runs in two stages: April–July and August–December 2026.

4. Community-Centric Initiatives Grant (ABRM) – up to UAH 1,022,085, Mykolaiv Oblast
A competitive grant for NGOs in Mykolaiv Oblast supporting initiatives built on the ABRM (Area-Based Recovery Model) – an approach grounded in real community needs analysis and active local participation in recovery. An informational online session is planned for 2 April at 14:00.

5. EaSI (ESF+): Free In-Person Workshops on Grant Application Writing – Lviv, Vinnytsia, Dnipro

6. UNDP Ukraine: up to $120,000 for Community Engagement Working Group Networks
UNDP Ukraine is calling for proposals from regional NGOs ready to strengthen and coordinate Community Engagement Working Group (CEWG) networks in partner communities. The geographic focus covers Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka, Mykolaivska, Poltavska, Sumska, Kharkivska, Khersonska and Chernihivska oblasts. Budget: up to $120,000. Duration: up to 30 months. 7. MHP-Gromadi “Time to Act, Ukraine!”: up to UAH 500,000 across 13 Oblasts
The nationwide social initiatives competition from the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation covers 13 oblasts: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy and Chernihiv. Five priority areas: veteran rehabilitation, community recovery, energy security, inclusion, and cultural heritage preservation. 8. BUR: Local Volunteer Coordinators School – Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts
NGO “Buduyemo Ukrainu Razom” (BUR), through the BUR East project, is recruiting NGOs from Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts (or organisations relocated from Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts) for a three-day School for Local Volunteer Activity Coordinators in Lviv (23–25 May). Subsequently, selected organisations will organise local volunteer actions in their communities. Ten organisations will be selected, with 20 participants total.

9. BUR: Recruitment of Coordinators for the All-Ukrainian Toloka 2026
BUR is recruiting local coordinators to organise community clean-up and volunteer events in their hromadas. Each coordinator receives methodology materials, BUR-branded supplies (bags, gloves, checklist) and mentoring support. Applications must be submitted separately for each location.

10. PFRU / Chemonics: up to UAH 11.8M for Social Service Needs Planning

11. PARASOL Green Way: Additional Recruitment of 20 Communities for Waste Management Plans
The Regional Centre for Economic Research and Business Support Foundation and the Centre for International Cooperation and Project Implementation invite communities to participate in the PARASOL Green Way project. Specifically, participants receive full support in developing Local Waste Management Plans (MWMP) in compliance with Ukrainian law, plus a Green SDG Map and investment portfolio. The cost is shared: 50% covered by the community, 50% subsidised through technical assistance. The application form is available on request by email.
