Ukraine–Lithuania Youth Exchange 2025: International Program for Young Leaders

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine announces the selection of participants for the Ukraine–Lithuania Youth Exchange Program 2025, which will take place in the Republic of Lithuania on November 11–13, 2025. The initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between young people of both countries, share best practices, and develop new approaches to youth engagement and civic participation.

About the Program

The exchange provides a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and learning among members of youth councils, NGO representatives, and community leaders. It focuses on empowering young people to take an active role in decision-making and international cooperation.

Who Can Apply

Applications are open to:

  • young people aged 14–35;
  • members of youth councils or NGOs working with young people;
  • participants with at least B1 level of English;
  • motivated leaders ready to represent Ukraine internationally.

Conditions

Travel, accommodation, and meals are fully covered by the organizers.
