Thematic project grants for cultural organisations inside Ukraine and in Creative Europe countries – including Poland. Projects focus on supporting displaced people, veterans, cultural reintegration, and post-war recovery. A Polish organisation can participate as a project partner. The programme runs until 2028 with over 20 planned grant rounds and a total budget of nearly EUR 2 million.

Culture Helps Solidarity – Individual Care Grants (rolling rounds)

Individual grants supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Ukrainian artists and cultural managers who work with displaced communities, veterans, or have been personally affected by the war. Visegrad Fund – Opens 1 May: Prepare Your Consortium Now

Two International Visegrad Fund programmes opening on 1 May 2026 represent the main upcoming window for Polish-Ukrainian partnership grants. Now is the time to identify partners and develop project concepts.

Visegrad+ Grants – for Ukrainian NGOs with a Polish Partner

Organiser: International Visegrad Fund

Grants for projects contributing to democratisation and transformation in Ukraine, covering education, culture, innovation, and civil society. Simplified consortium format for Ukraine: one Ukrainian lead applicant with two V4 partners – including Poland. This is one of the most accessible international grant mechanisms for Ukrainian NGOs. Maximum project duration: 18 months; funding covers up to 100% of costs including overhead (up to 15%).
