Grant up to €30,000 for Relocation of Manufacturing SMEs in Ukraine from the EBRD

The EBRD, with the support of Switzerland and the USA under the Small Business Fund, provides financial assistance to manufacturing enterprises that have already relocated or plan to relocate from war-affected regions of Ukraine.

What the grant covers

The program allows reimbursement of expenses that were not compensated by other sources, including:

  • transportation of equipment, raw materials, and finished products;
  • packaging, dismantling, installation, repair; rental or purchase of production or warehouse equipment;
  • use of premises, including one month of rent, engineering or construction works in production or storage facilities.

Who can apply

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • the enterprise operated before February 24, 2022, and has at least two years of experience (a break due to the war is acceptable);
  • availability of own production facilities;
  • more than 50% of the authorized capital belongs to Ukrainian citizens;
  • staff in 2024 from 10 to 500 employees (including affiliated businesses and sole proprietors);
  • annual turnover up to €50 million or assets up to €43 million;
  • relocation already completed or planned from one region to another;
  • the enterprise does not receive reimbursement of these costs from other organizations; expenses must be documented;
  • those who have already applied for relocation support through the EBRD cannot apply again; private medical or veterinary institutions may be considered if slots are available.

Grant amount and deadline

  • Grant amount – up to €30,000 to compensate relocation expenses.
  • Application deadline – September 30, 2025 inclusive.
