“First Successful Start”: Educational Grant Program by ISAR Ednannia for New NGOs and Charitable Organizations

The “First Successful Start” program, launched by ISAR Ednannia, supports newly established NGOs and charitable organizations that want to grow systematically and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery. The initiative helps them overcome common barriers at the start – lack of experience in preparing grant proposals and insufficient knowledge in legal or management issues. Moreover, it provides a safe space for building strong organizational foundations.

Program Overview

Participants combine training, mentoring, and resource support throughout the program. Mentors share practical knowledge in organizational management and guide applicants in preparing for future competitions. In addition, the program offers opportunities to develop ideas in a professional environment and to strengthen networks with peers.

The program targets newly established NGOs and charitable organizations that aim to build sustainable processes, improve efficiency, and deliver socially important projects in their communities. As a result, participants can position themselves as reliable partners for donors and local stakeholders.
