Introduction
This program is a great opportunity for non-profit organizations working with youth to boost their staff’s professional skills and build international networks. In 2025, the EU has opened a new call to fully fund internships, training programs and exchanges for youth workers. Erasmus+ Mobility for Youth Workers supports a wide range of learning and exchange formats. Participants can organize courses and training sessions, seminars, international visits, workshops, job-shadowing, innovative approaches to youth work, and the development of new methodologies. The program promotes knowledge exchange, innovation, and professional networking in the youth sector.
Who Can Apply
Non-profit organizations, municipalities, social enterprises, youth groups, and other non-commercial initiatives working with youth are eligible. Applications must be submitted by organizations, not individuals.

- International mobilities from 2 to 60 days
- Up to 50 participants per event
- Travel, accommodation, participation fees, visa costs
- Preparatory visits (€680 under a separate component)
- Inclusion of vulnerable groups
- Projects lasting from 3 to 24 months
