Challenger has opened applications for the new cohort of its Challenger 4.0 acceleration program for startups in EdTech, HealthTech, and AI. The program offers teams not only funding but also access to mentors, international markets, and potential investors. It runs on equity-free terms, which makes participation even more attractive.

Program Overview

Participants will join an intensive acceleration program that combines mentorship, workshops, and networking. The program focuses on product improvement, investment readiness, and business model development. It also provides access to the international startup community and opportunities to present solutions to investors.

Who Can Apply

Eligible applicants are startups with at least two team members and a product at the MVP stage. Having early customers or market validation will be an advantage. The program targets projects in education, healthcare, and artificial intelligence.

What Is Funded and Benefits

  • $25,000 grant from UMAEF for the winner.
  • $75,000 in cloud service credits from USF for the top three teams, plus additional partner benefits.
  • A trip to Latitude59 for leading startups.
  • 30+ hours of one-on-one mentoring from business and technical experts.
  • 15+ hours of workshops on product market fit, marketing, sales, and investment readiness.
  • Sessions with Ukrainian and international investors, plus recommendations from them.
  • Networking, community events, and post-acceleration support.

Deadline and Duration

The program will run in a hybrid format from January to April 2026, ending with a Demo Day in April. The application deadline is November 20, 2025.
