eRobota 2026: Ukrainian Government Grants for Business

eRobota 2026: Ukrainian Government Grants for Business

eRobota 2026 is the Ukrainian government’s flagship non-repayable grant programme for entrepreneurship support, launched in July 2022. Over three years, it has invested more than UAH 12 billion in small and medium-sized businesses, supported the creation of over 60,000 jobs, and reached every region of Ukraine. In 2025-2026, the programme was significantly updated: grant amounts were increased, and new specialised directions were introduced – for early childhood education, creative industries, and the recovery of war-damaged production assets. If you are planning to start or grow a business in Ukraine, this overview covers all active directions of the programme.

Below you will find a structured overview of all eRobota grants, organised by thematic area.

Own Business – Microgrants for Small Business

The “Vlasna Sprava” (Own Business) direction is the most popular track under eRobota. Funds can be used for equipment, raw materials, rent, marketing services, or the purchase of a franchise.

Own Business – Standard Track

Programme: eRobota / Vlasna Sprava – microgrants for business

For individuals planning to register as a sole trader (FOP) or for existing small businesses. If you are registering as FOP for the first time, creating jobs is not mandatory. If you are an existing FOP or legal entity, you must hire at least one employee. Applications are submitted online through the Diia portal with a business plan attached. Each applicant may receive the grant only once.

Grant amounts: up to UAH 100,000 (no job creation required); up to UAH 200,000 (1 job); up to UAH 350,000 (2 jobs)
Who can apply: Individuals (future sole traders), existing sole traders, small companies (LLC, private enterprises)
Deadline: Rolling (applications accepted in waves)

Own Business – Frontline Regions

For entrepreneurs operating or planning to operate in frontline oblasts: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv. These regions receive higher maximum grant ceilings, reflecting the additional risks and the need to support business activity near the conflict zone.

Grant amounts: up to UAH 300,000 (1 job); up to UAH 500,000 (2 or more jobs)
Who can apply: Entrepreneurs operating or opening a business in the listed frontline oblasts
Deadline: Rolling (applications accepted in waves)

Own Business – Youth Track (ages 18-25)

Programme: eRobota / Vlasna Sprava — youth entrepreneurship

A dedicated track for young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 25 to launch their first business. The key advantage is that job creation is not mandatory. After successfully spending the youth grant, the entrepreneur gains the right to apply for a standard Own Business grant on general terms, accessing additional funding.

Grant amount: up to UAH 200,000 without mandatory job creation
Who can apply: Young people aged 18-25 planning to start a business
Deadline: Rolling (applications accepted in waves)
