Switzerland, through the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), has announced the second call for proposals aimed at the economic recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine in cooperation with Swiss companies that have a legal entity established in Ukraine. This new round seeks to further mobilise Swiss expertise and innovation to support Ukraine’s recovery. According to the eligibility criteria defined for this SECO grants, funding will be provided exclusively for projects in the public infrastructure sector.

The supported sectors include:

  • energy, including renewable energy and energy efficiency;
  • water supply and sanitation;
  • housing;
  • public mobility;
  • social infrastructure, such as hospitals and schools;
  • agriculture.

Funding and deadline of SECO grants

Grants per project: from CHF 3 million to CHF 30 million;

Application deadline: 8 March 2026, 17:00 Central European Time.
