- public and municipal schools, including lyceums, gymnasiums, and preschools;
- hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers operating in war-affected areas or regions with unstable electricity supply.

Selected institutions will receive full installation of a turnkey solar power system, including:
- design and installation of a solar power station;
- energy storage system (battery units);
