To create a new account on the GetGrant Service, please follow these 5 steps:

• Step 1: Begin by visiting our website at https://getgrant.eu/sign-up/.
• Step 2: Fill out all required fields on the registration page.
• Step 3: Once you have completed the form, click the "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" button.
• Step 4: Check your email inbox for a message from the GetGrant Service. Follow the instructions in the email carefully, and verify your email address to activate your account.
• Step 5: Once you have verified your email, return to the GetGrant Service website and log in to use our platform to search for grants.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:

• Step 1: Visit our website at https://getgrant.eu/sign-in/ and select the "Forgot Password" option above the "SIGN IN" button.
• Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account and click the "SEND RESET LINK" button. If the email address is valid, a message on the screen indicates that the password reset link has been sent.
• Step 3: Check your email inbox for a GetGrant Service message containing instructions on resetting your password. Follow these instructions carefully, and click on the link provided to proceed with the password reset process.
• Step 4: Once you have accessed the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.
• Step 5: Return to the GetGrant Service sign-in page at https://getgrant.eu/sign-in/ and log in using your new password.

Currently, we do not offer a free trial of our Service. However, we do offer a limited free version of the Service on our main webpage, https://getgrant.eu, under the "Find your grant for free" section. This version allows you to enter your main funding priorities and/or direction to receive recommendations for the best-suited funding opportunities using our advanced algorithms. To view these recommendations in more detail, you will need to register on our website.

Corporate subscriptions offer organizations a convenient and cost-effective way to access and utilize the services the GetGrant service. With a corporate subscription, an organization can provide its employees access to the platform and its advanced features, making finding and applying for grants relevant to the organization's needs easier. Furthermore, corporate subscriptions often come with additional benefits, such as access to exclusive grant opportunities, personalized support from the GetGrant team, and customized reports and analytics to help organizations track their progress and success in securing grant funding. You can apply for a corporate account for your organization by Enterprise subscription using the Submit Quotation button at https://getgrant.eu/prices/.

We offer payment options in two currencies: US dollars and Ukrainian Hryvnias. You can select the desired currency during the payment process on the relevant page of the GetGrant Service.

If you have trouble accessing your account, there are a couple of reasons for that:

As a payment method for all GetGrant payments inside the Service, we use the LiqPay service (https://www.liqpay.ua/en). LiqPay reliability is confirmed by PCI DSS, Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode certificates.

GetGrant Service uses the API to receive information about transactions between the user and LiqPay service, which we use for all the payments on the website. To make a payment using LiqPay, there are three stages involved.

• Firstly, the user inputs the payment details of their card, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
• Secondly, the payment is verified by entering a one-time password received via SMS to the user's mobile phone.
• Finally, the payment is confirmed using 3-D Secure, which involves entering an additional security password.
